Unfinished Business: The board talked about shirts, towels and other things to sell at the state tournament. Mike Moody will check on the towels and check prices. Dustin Woolery said he would check on Bill’s supplier for their discount price. The members also discussed what would be embroidered on the towel. The outline of Kentucky with the line 2004 Men’s State Tournament was suggested. Discussed Maroon Lanes being open to hold the Team Event for the State Tournament and will make final decision whether or not to hold the event at Maroon Lanes at our next meeting.

New Business: Eli Harness and Harvey Poynter were appointed to a committee that would check on a promotion bag and a program book that would be handed out to the participants of the State Tournament. Carla Beranek was appointed as coordinator for the score keepers. Also new business concerning the State Tournament was suggestions for the opening ceremony and have Bill Hare set up the monitors at Galaxy for the logo. Bill Hare suggested that Lewis check on bracket software called Brackman. It was reported to the members that the Jamboree will be held in Georgetown, KY on July 10^th and 11^th. The executive meeting will be held Sunday July 11^th at 9:00 AM and we need as many board members as possible to attend. Discussed updating the 300 board and high average board at Galaxy Center.

Adjournment: The board set the next meeting for May 4, 2004 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held at Galaxy Bowling Center. Meeting adjourned at 8:35 PM.
