MCBA Meeting Minutes

Absent from meeting: Billy McGuire, Bev Shearer, Renda Roberts

Twelve directors were present for the meeting. The board set the date and times for the monthly tournaments for Oct, Nov and Dec. Association President Harvey Poynter asked the association directors to remind the bowlers about the upcoming state tournament. He also let the directors know that to get the state tournament hotel discount at the state tournament host hotel bowlers need to reserve their rooms 20 days before the start of the tournament. The board voted to let Randy Burgess take the 50/50 pot for the next 2 weeks. The money will go to the Southern High School bowling team.
