MCBA Meeting Minutes

Absent from meeting: Amy Mayrhofer

Fourteen members were present for the meeting. The board discussed sending teams to the KY State Tournament. The board voted to send 3 teams to the Kentucky State Tournament to be held in Ashland. The members of the teams will represent the Madison County Bowling Association at the Kentucky State Bowling Association's board meeting. The teams will be put together by a drawing of the members participating in the tournament. The board voted to buy shirts to wear to the tournament along with other events the board members will be attending in the future. The money for the shirts and the state tournament entry fee will be raised by selling 50/50 tickets.
